Awesome staff! We were having issues with a Express Send account and had visited 2 branches in the last 3 weeks (Griffing Rd & Taft St) and couldn't solve our issue. Long story short, the issue was with a mailing address mismatch, who opened the checking account 2 years ago messed up the set up, and the previous bankers weren't thorough enough to detect this.
The supervisor was very empathetic after the teller started having issues with the account and assigned us to the banker Angelica Negrete (who figured out the issue).
They did a great job overall from knowing how to handle our frustration to getting things done. Kudos!
